Some fans have advised gospel singer Mercy Chinwo and her new husband Pastor Blessed to keep their marriage off social media.
The worried fans gave the advice after Mercy announced that her husband surprised her with a brand new Toyota Land Cruiser for her 31st birthday.
“Congratulations to you, dear sis. Please don’t form the habit of bringing everything on social media. Keep most of your stuff private or personal,” advised one fan.
While another one agreed: “Please tell her o. Must she put everything on social media? Keep dis marriage away from s.media.”
Mercy got emotional as Pastor Blessed presented her with the car in a video posted to her YouTube page. She looked radiant in a yellow midi dress and white heels.

The newlyweds have shared every step of their relationship with their social media followers:
from their engagement to their introduction, traditional wedding to their court wedding and white wedding.
They announced their engagement in June and in July they shut down Port Harcourt for their white wedding which had in attendance high-profile guests like First Lady of Delta State, Edith Okowa and Banky W and his wife Adesua Etomi.
Other guests included Waje, Chigurl, Joe Praize, Pita Sings and Njay.
