Former Big Brother Naija star Modella, has revealed that she only found out that she would be a fake housemate a couple of hours before she entering the house.
The 22-year-old who was removed on Sunday also explained that she was not given enough time to process the information or to make choices.
“They auditioned everybody, and before you go into the house, they will tell you what you will be on the show,” she said during her first post-show interview.
”I was getting ready that morning, I had stayed in lockdown for two extra weeks, and I was already depressed. I got a call from them that they want to have a private session with me.”
“They informed me I won’t be playing for the money, and I had to make my decision now. Having spent so much and I was prepared, I made the decision.
”I didn’t know prior to now. I didn’t even know the role of a fake housemate. They just told me that morning, and I didn’t have enough time to process everything. I just decided to go to the house and be myself.”
Modella and Deji were introduced into the house on August 1 as fake housemates who cannot be evicted by the other housemates or the public.
Their main purpose in the game was to spice up the game and carry out secret tasks for Biggie.
Modella received her first assignment from Biggie regarding the various ‘ships’ in the house three days after moving in.
He ordered her two ‘rock a boat or two’ in the house which she failed to do.
