In a surprising twist of events, BBNaija season 7 housemate, Amaka became the latest evicted contestant on the season of the show.
Her ouster from the show came in controversial fashion. Earlier in the day, Big Brother had informed housemates to prepare their belongings prior to the Head of House tasks. Shortly after the tasks, where Dotun emerged as Head of House and won immunity, Ebuka informed the viewers that there would be immediate evictions from nominations of the night.
Housemates trooped in the diary room to nominate housemates for possible eviction. Following nominations, Amaka and Doyin ended up with 6 votes each being the highest of the tally, Adekunle followed with 5, while Hermes and Chizzy were tied for four votes apiece.
Despite being tied with Doyin, Big Brother went ahead to evict Amaka, because the votes of Deji (fake housemate), Rachel and Chizzy (Riders) were not counted.
Amaka’s time in the Big Brother house was memorable and would be fondly remembered for her theatrics.
