At Some Point You’ll Have To Worship Me, Fireboy DML Sparks Reactions With His Latest Social Media Posts
Singer Fireboy DML sparked reactions on Twitter after sharing a series of posts on Instagram Stories Sunday.
In one of the post, the “Peru” singer wrote “at some point y’all gone have to worship me smh” on a blurry black and white picture of someone in a car.
Other quotes which have since been trending on Twitter include “y’all don’t appreciate genius until death comes, fortunately/unfortunately I’ll live forever,” “Love to the boys but my journey is different” and “Sex is Cheap.”
This comes after the 26-year-old revealed that he is “obsessed” with leaving a legacy like music greats such as Michael Jackson and King Sunny Ade.
My obsession with legacy, is like my love for legacy. When I google people like KSA, Fela, and Michael Jackson, I check their discography and I see 55 albums and I say that is what I want,” he told The Nation.
“I want people to google about me and say this Fireboy guy is so good at what he does or sings a lot.
“That is what I want for me. Aside from people saying good stuff about my person or my impact, I want them to say I have a lot of discographies, five out of his albums saved my life, and this album changed my life and much more.
