Courtney Tailor, the 25-year-old Only Fans model charged with killing her Nigerian boyfriend, has demanded that his corpse be dug up.
She was arrested in Hawaii last month and faces a second degree murder charge for killing Christian Obumseli in April, allegedly stabbing him at their luxury apartment in Miami.
Her lawyer, Frank Prieto, claimed she did in self defense after he grabbed her throat
Prieto expressed said he was shocked about the model’s arrest since they had been cooperating with the investigation: “I’m completely shocked, especially since we were cooperating with the investigation and offered to voluntarily surrender her if she were charged.
“We look forward to clearing her name in court,” he said.
He is set to take the stand today to officially request on the model’s behalf that her ex-boyfriend’s corpse be dug up and examined by medical experts.
Prieto claims that Obumseli was abusive towards the model, a claim which has been collaborated by friends and neighbours.
However, a footage released a couple of days ago shows the model repeatedly hitting the deceased while they were in a lift.
