The police has announced that singer BNXN, formerly known as Buju, will made to answer for assaulting a police officer after he boasted about spitting in the face of an officer during an altercation earlier today.
A video making the round on social media shows the singer in a scuffle with the officers who had apparently stopped his convoy.
The reason why the convoy was stopped was not immediately clear.

In a now-deleted tweet, BNXN boasted that he ‘spat in a police officer’s face and it felt good.”
In response the spokesperson of the Lagos State Police Command Benjamin Hundeyin announced that the officers would be sanctioned for their misbehaviour if established while BNXN will “surely answer for his assault on a police officer.”
