Lecturer Arrested For Allegedly Impersonating Law Student To Write Bar Exams

A Law Lecturer at the University of Calabar, Paschal Aboh has been reportedly arrested for impersonating a Nigerian Law school student rewriting the Bar Final Examinations in Abuja.

According to a legal regalia firm, Bronks & Montgomery, the lecturer of law graduated from the University of Calabar over four years ago and was recently employed by the institution as an Assistant Lecturer.

The Twitter account noted that Pascal will be facing criminal charges for impersonation and malpractice as well as answering to the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee of the Nigeria Bar Association for breach of professional ethics and misconduct.

A LAW lecturer at the University of Calabar, Paschal Aboh, has been arrested for allegedly impersonating a resit student at the Resit Bar Finals in Abuja .

Aboh graduated from the University of Calabar over four years ago and was recently appointed as an Assistant Lecturer at the same institution.
After his criminal trial, he will also face the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee of the Nigeria Bar Association for breach of professional ethics and misconduct.
