Premier League Champions, Manchester City have won the race to sign high-profile striker Erling Haaland from Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund.

the Premier League club confirmed an
agreement in principle to sign the Borussia
Dortmund star.
According to top sports journalist, Fabrizio Romano, the 21-year-old traveled to the United Kingdom briefly for his medical after Manchester City agree with Borussia Dortmond to trigger the Norwegian’s release clause valued at £60 million.
A club statement on social media Tuesday afternoon says: “Manchester City can confirm that we have reached an agreement in principle with Borussia Dortmund for the transfer of striker Erling Haaland to the Club on 1st July 2022.
The transfer remains subject to the Club finalising terms with the player.”
